Processing Technology

A flexible third monomer is introduced into the second esterification reactor, a heat stabilizer

is compounded at the same time, and finally the final polycondensation process is adjusted

to prepare modified polyester chips. The chips are then processed into special-shaped mixed

fiber copolymerized modified polyester fibers through a one-step multiple special-shaped fiber

mixing process.

The downstream application guidance

Weaving: Suitable for water jet loom weaving. When making twisted products, it is

recommended to use sizing or weak twisting in fabric design. The steaming and twisting

process requires a low-temperature process. When making sizing products, conventional

processes can be used directly. Tension should be controlled during the weaving process to

reduce fluctuations and avoid raw material scratches and breakage.

Dyeing and finishing: The refining temperature in the dyeing and finishing process is 120℃

the setting temperature is 140 ~ 160C, and the dyeing temperature is 110 ~120C.During

the dyeing and finishing process, pay attention to the control of the reduction rate, use low

concentration and low temperature conditions for treatment, and it is strictly forbidden to

perform reduction treatment under high temperature conditions for preshrinking and refining

at the same time.
