lasting elasticity, and good elasticity resilience and stability

The fabric is soft and smooth, and has good drapability

The downstream application guidance

Pre-setting: Pre-determined temperature 160~170℃; adding anti-yellowing additives,appropriately increasing the amount of overfeeding, and appropriately narrowing the width of fabric

Pre-treatment: De-oiling as clean as possible before putting it into the vat, and entering the next process as soon as possible to avoid oil slick sticking to the fabric surface to form dyeing defect

Dyeing: Same as the conventional dyeing process of nylon, with water flow rate being slowed down appropriately.

Post-finishing: The temperature for post-finishing is recommended to be 140~160℃,otherwise the elasticity of the fabric will be reduced or loss.
