Processing Technology

The undried Lyocell staple fiber is prepared by conventional technology and then padded in the

green cross-linking solution prepared by the enterprise to make the surface groups undergo

cross-linking reaction. Afterwards, the fiber is dried at 110C, washed with water at 50C,

and treated with other processes such as oiling, drying and packaging to produce the anti-

fibrillation Lyocell fiber.
