Recommendation Reasons

Using renewable biological substances to replace the traditional petroleum

raw material, which greatly reduces the carbon emissions of spandex

consumers with green spandex products.

Processing Technology

By using biobased monomers, which are derived from renewable biomass via biofermentation,

linear bio-based polyester diols are synthesized by polycondensation and dehydration reaction.

Afterwards, all or part of the bio-based polyester diols are used as the raw material to prepare

spinning stock solution, and finally the bio-based spandex fibers are produced by dry spinning

technology.
