Processing Technology

Rare earth functional powders and polymer powders are blended, and rare earth composite functional master batches are prepared by compounding master batch additives of different ratios. polyester fibers?

A: Today, there is a growing demand for multi-functional yarns, fibers and fabrics. Textiles provide a protective barrier for the body and play a key role in heat exchange between people and the environment. Rare earth nano particles have two optical properties: firstly, they have good reflectivity for visible near-infrared light with the wavelength of 400~2,500nm, reducing the absorption of solar radiant energy; secondly, they have good infrared emission ability in the thermal infrared wavelength band of 8~14um,facilitating the heat exchange between the human body and the cosmic environment.
