Recommendation Reasons
This fiber, with PBT as sheath layer and PA6 as core layer, combines the
strength and good stiffness of polyester and the abrasion resistance and
moisture absorption of nylon. The fabric has a soft texture and a smoothhand feeling, being widely used in sportswear and shoe uppers.
Processing Technology
Two raw materials -PBT/PA6 are processed by heating melt extrusion through different screws and enter into the special sheath-core composite assembly.PBT is the sheath layer, while PA6 is the core layer. They are extruded by the nozzle, cooled, oiled, drawn and set to become the composite fiber with high strength.

The downstream application guidance
Weaving: Direct use in knitted and woven fabrics
