Reasons for recommendation: Kapok fiber, as the fruit fiber of perennial kapok trees, is one of the thinnest, lightest, highest hollow, and warmest natural fibers. It has the characteristics of mold resistance, moth resistance,odor resistance,anti-bacteria,mite repelling, gentleness, not easy to entangle, heat insulation, moisture absorption and transfer, ecology,and warm keeping. Due to its unparalleled performance, kapok is known as the “only functional plant fiber in the world”.The product is produced using the processing method of ultra-short fine and soft fiber blended yarn – JURONG spinning (thisproject won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in Yancheng City).The“JURONG spinning”technology overcomes a series of difficulties in the process of kapok spinning, improves the spinnability of kapok, making the characteristics of kapok that have been dormant for many years be excavated and applied, and increases the kapok content of kapok blended yarn from less than 20% to a historical high of 35%. The kapok content of the rotor spun series yarn can reach 50%.

The kapok JURONG spun 16 -405 yarn can be used for weaving and knitting, commonly used in shirts, underwear, home textiles, leisure wear, etc. It has excellent deodorizing, anti-bacteria, mite repelling,and perspiration effects. Air spun 6 – 215 yarn is commonly used in jeans, luggage, etc.
