Reasons for recommendation: OPHB is a non-ionic bio-based green organic anti-bacteria agent with a specific degree of polymerization, which belongs to iterative anti-bacteria technology and has green characteristics that traditional ionic anti-bacteria technologies do not have. It can be completely biodegraded into carbon dioxide and water under composting conditions, originating from nature and returning to nature. The terminal products made from it are safe and reliable to use.
The SCF advanced application technology that is green, ecological, and free from the intervention of any other chemicals is used to fix OPHB, which has good adhesion and resistance to washing and processing, on the superficial layer of fiber,endowing the yarn with long-lasting anti-bacteria, deodorizing, and anti-viral functions. At the same time, the application of OPHB has no effect on the physical and dyeing properties of the yarn.

Main quality indexes and performances
(1) The OPHBanti-bacteria agent, which is the nutrient within cells and is fermented by special microorganisms,is not broad-spectrum anti-bacteria and is safe for human body;
(2) lt is resistant to acid, alkali, and high temperature (400℃);
(3) The anti-bacteria fiber uses a minimal amount of OPHBanti-bacteria agent. The textiles with a low proportion of anti-bacteria fiber can achieve good and washable anti-bacteria effect;
(4) lt has significant anti-bacteria effect on all bacterial strains specified in the current anti-bacteria standards;It has significant killing effect on all viruses specified in the current anti-viral standards;It has anti-bacteria effect on super bacteria such as methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus;It has anti-bacteria effect on newly tested bacterial strains such as trichophyton mentagrophytes and vibrio vulnificus;It has an eodorant effect on 2-nonenal (aged body odor), isovaleric acid, etc.;It has a mite resistant and inhibition rate of over 95%;
