Raw materials and specifications: Cashmere, soft superfine denier acrylon, and fine denier Modal are used as raw materials for multi-component blending, breaking the limitations of different spinning systems such as cotton and wool spinning, etc., allowing the comprehensive utilization of the excellent characteristics of different fibers, and realizing diversified and high-end fabric performance and style. Specialized raw material health care technology and uniform blending methods for small batches of fibers are developed, and a series of specialized parts are optimized to overcome the production problem of poor spinnability of cashmere fiber and develop the high-quality yarn with soft hand feeling, skin friendly and air permeable properties. This product is applied to soft underwear products, with the softness index three times higher than regular underwear. Upon authentication, the production technology of the product reaches the international advanced level (F. K. J. Z. [2022] No.51).
