ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY REGENERATED CELLULOSE FIBER/ORGANIC COTTON/COPPER ION ACRYLON BLENDED YARN

Raw materials and specifications: Siro spun green viscose/organic cotton/copper ™ modify acrylic fiber 60/30/10 32S
Reasons for recommendation: Copper ™ modify acrylic fiber is blended with green viscose and organic cotton to give the product the following properties:
1.Bacteriostatic function. Copper ™ modify acrylic fiber is grafted with the copper element on the side chain of acrylon fiber,and the copper content is about 4%, higher than that in conventional copper ion fiber. This fiber is based on acrylon and introduces hydrophilic groups, which has better hydrophilicity than cotton. Compared with conventional copper ion fiber, its antibacterial and deodorizing effect is better.
2.Interruption of virus transmission. The copper ion fiber can destroy the surface of fungal cells, thus interfering with the metabolic process of cells or the action of various enzymes, making them lose their due biological functions, and finally leading to cell death.
3.Hydrophilicity and comfort. The copper ion fiber has good hydrophilicity and fabric comfort, and its moisture regain is more
than 8%.
4.Wide applications. The copper ion fiber is widely used in underwear, socks, towels, sportswear, bedding, etc., and has potential in the medical field.
