Reasons for recommendation
The fiber is densely grafted with deodorizing groups, which can react with odor molecules to instantly eliminate odors. It is anti-bacterial and skin-friendly, providing intimate protection for the skin.
Preparative technique
The graft copolymerization technology is used to graft and modify deodorizing groups and anti-bacterial groups onto cellulose molecules, and the wet-spinning process is adopted to produce the fiber.

The downstream application guidance
Spinning: lt can be spun purely or blended with other fibers.
Weaving: It can be spun into yarns for knitted and woven fabrics; it can also be used in the production of spun lace, needled, calender-bonded and other non-woven fabrics.
Dyeing and finishing: It is recommended to use reactive dyes, with dyeing temperature and heat setting consistent with conventional practices, to replace the caustic alkali in deodorizing groups.

Q:What is the odor elimination effect of the anti-bacterial and deodorizing regenerated cellulose fiber with high strength and low elongation?
A: The anti-bacterial and deodorizing regenerated cellulose fiber with high strength and low elongation can instantly react with odor molecules, effectively eliminating a large number of odor substances in a short period of time. And thanks to the graft of deodorizing groups through the chemical method, the odor elimination function can be permanently maintained. The odor elimination function remains stable and long-
lasting even after multiple uses and washings. In addition, the fiber exhibits a slightly acidic property (pH: 6.8), and acids and bases are balanced through a neutralization reaction, making it close to human skin. It is also free of heavy metal.
