It is made of cationic easy dyeing polyester fiber and dope-dyed

polyester fiber through the texturing process. The fabric boasts rich

texture and three-dimensional aesthetics. And it also features a soft

hand feeling, easy care, and anti-pilling.

Preparative technique

The production process involves a dual-filament blending technique, where black POY filament produced through in-line dope-dyeing addition technology and cationic modified polyester POY filament are blended. Subsequently, these blended fibers undergo a texturing process to complete the production.

The downstream application guidance

Weaving: It is mainly used on dual-frame air jet loom, suitable for both warp and weft.The weft can be simultaneously woven with crocheting yarn to produce high-density light-blocking fabric.

Dyeing: It is recommended to use cationic dyes for dyeing, with the pH of the dyeing bath controlled at around 4~5. For light shades, slightly lowering the pH can facilitate even dyeing, while for dark shades, slightly increasing the pH can facilitate dye up take,The initial dyeing temperature should be around 70℃ , and it should be heated slowly

until boiling. And the dyeing period should be generally controlled between 60~90 minutes.
