Reasons for recommendation
A new type of ammonia-free elastic fiber that combines matrix elasticity with curling elasticity. It possesses both excellent tensile strength and rebound rate and can quickly recover after deformation under stress. The fabric is soft and skin-friendly, comfortable. lightweight, and has strong color expression.
Preparative technique
With 38% bio-based PTT polymers of varying viscosity as the raw materials, the side-by-side composite spinneret board assembly is adopted to produce the fiber through melt spinning process.

The downstream application guidance
Weaving:The opening should be kept clear; the setting value of loom tension should be minimized to reduce yarn breaks; and the height of the back beam should be appropriately raised to reduce the tension of the upper warp yarns, thus improving the appearance quality of the fabric.
Dyeing and finishing: Before the fabrics being dyed and finished in bulk, dyeing and finishing tests are required to determine the suitable dyeing and finishing conditions such as temperature, acid and alkaline media, etc. The dyeing temperature should be controlled at 80° C, the refining temperature should be 80°C, and the period should be 15 minutes. Degreaser and acetate should be used for neutralization.
