ultraviolet injury while addressing issues such as sun protection and
stuffiness in summer.
Preparative technique
The composite nano-functional master batches with heat-shielding,
anti-ultraviolet and thermoregulating properties are blended with
polyamide 6 chips, and the spinneret plate with a profiled cross-section is used to produce the fiber through melt spinning.

The downstream application guidance
Design an appropriate fabric weaving structure: It is recommended that the fiber content accounts for more than 60% to ensure the stability of its functions.
Dyeing and finishing: It is recommended to set the washing temperature of the gray fabric at 80~90°C, control the dyeing pH within the range of 5~6, and set the fabric surface setting temperature at 192~200°C.
