Reasons for recommendation
The fiber is constitutionally flame – retardant, strong, corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant. The dope – dyed process enhances the product’s ecological and environmental protection features and broadens its use in scenarios like electric power operation and fire rescue, among others.
Preparative technique
Using isophthaloyl dichloride, m – phenylenediamine, and the third monomer as raw materials, we use low – temperature solution polymerization and on – line dope – dyed to break through the key technology of fiber cross – linking, realize the construction of a micro – cross – linking structure of the molecular chain, and prepare the fiber by wet spinning.

The downstream application guidance
Spinning: Staple fibers can be spun purely or blended with other fibers in any ratio.
Weaving: Filaments are used for knitted or woven fabrics; they can also be processed into twisted yarns for weaving.
Dyeing and finishing: Positive ion dyes are used, with the dyeing and heat-setting temperature≥130℃.
