Reasons for recommendation
The fiber” s core and sheath layers are made of biodegradable
materials, and its products are naturally antibacterial, highly
compatible with humans, soft and skin-friendly. It effectively addresses
the issue of “use and throw” in the sanitary materials industry which
leads to waste pollutions, while also having high green value qualities.
Preparative technique
The sheath layer material of the fiber is biodegradable chips (with a melting point of about 118~135℃) modified by low melting point polylactic acid and polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA) directly synthesized from microorganism. The core layer material is high melting point
polylactic acid chips (with a melting point of about 160~175°C ). Both of them are extruded and pelletized by online addition of anti-aging additives and fillers. After drying, the chips are used to prepare the fiber by composite melt spinning process through twin-screw extruder and profiled spinneret.parallel composite spinning technology is used to produce isomeric composite elastic polyamide fibers.

The downstream application guidance
Weaving: lt can be used to produce hot-air non-wovens.
Hot-air process: lt is recommended that the initial melting point be set at 129~133°C, and that the production line be set up with zoned temperatures, with low temperatures set for the pre- and post-production stages, and high temperatures set for the middle production stage.
