Application guidance: This fiber can be interwoven and used in the covering process with other ones in combination for knitting or weaving fabrics. It is suggested that low-temperature dispersive dye be used in dyeing and finishing process.

Application areas: Socks, home wear, working suits, close-fitting underwear, bedding, sofa cloth, surgical gowns etc.

Fine-denier porous antibacterial polyester fiber

Features: Having a good antibacterial quality, with its fabric soft and breathable, highly elastic, able to resist piling, easy to maintain

Specification: 278dtex/288f, 298dtex/288f, 168~180dtex/288f POY, DTY

Application guidance: During storage, exposing this fiber directly to sunlight, or to high-temperature or high-humidity conditions should be avoided. For different types of texturing machines, the processing speed should be kept within the range of 680~750m/min. The deforming temperature for textured yarn should be adjusted according to its type, and the deforming temperature should not be higher than 190℃

Gingerol-moadified antibacterial regenerated cellulose fiber

Features: Generating heat and retaining warmth, with bio-based antibacterial materials added, having a lasting antibacterial effect, naturally degradable

Application guidance: During the dyeing and finishing process, the pH should be kept strictly below 10. When polyurethane fiber is added to manufacturing knitted fabrics, the heat setting temperature should be as low as possible, which should be kept lower than 195℃ . The duration of the setting should be shortened. Using a negative-ion water-repellent finishing agent should be avoided. The proportion of knitted products should be no less than 30%, while woven products no less than 20%

Antibacterial degradable regenerated cellulose fiber

Features: Having a soft feel and a good shine, able to absorb moisture and breathable,

antibacterial, naturally degradable, easy to dye, pure and bright in color

Specification: 1.33dtexX38mm

Application guidance: When active dye is used for dyeing, it should be noted that the dyeing temperature is 30℃, and the fixation temperature is 40℃
