Application guidance: This fiber needs to be stored under dry, clean, and
ventilated conditions and should not be exposed directly to sunlight. The
texturing speed should not exceed 700 m/min, and the temperature of the upper heating part should be within the range of 180~190℃
Application areas: Close-fitting underwear, outdoor clothes, shirts, woolen blankets etc.

Application guidance: Downstream applications should be by reference to regular polyester staple

Hydrophilic fast-drying profiled polyester fiber
Features: High in moisture-regaining rate, highly hydrophilic and anti-static, enabling its fabric to be soft, prevent piling, absorb moisture, and fast dry, with evaporating rate up to 0.53 (nominal value is ≥0.20)
Specification: 56dtex/144f, 167dtex/288f DTY
Application guidance: It is suggested that the proportion of applied fiber should be more than 30% of the total content in the fabric. The relaxed heat setting process in the pretreatment before blending should be carried out according to actual application conditions. The dyeing temperature should be kept within the range of 100~130℃,
and the pH value 4~5. It is suggested that the setting temperature should be less than 180℃ during the after-treatment

Imitation of cellulose acetate polyester fiber
Features: Having a good shine, tailor-made to have a flat or trilobed leaf-shaped section, highly profiled, able to have an octagonal section so as to absorb moisture and produce an acetate fiber-imitating effect

Application guidance: Because the structure and the weft density in a textile will affect its shine, it is suggested that the structure of satin weave should be selected for use in woven textiles, and weft density should be properly increased

Application guidance: When the polyacrylonitrile fiber is made using dry and wet methods, the temperature-keeping duration for dyeing should be at least 30~60minutes, depending on the shade of color. In the case of a dark shade, the duration needs to be extended until it has reached 90 minutes

Temperature-regulating antibacterial regenerated cellulose fiber
Features: Bio-based, green and environment-friendlyeasy to spin, high in enthalpy (15J/g) , safe and less sensitive, good at controlling temperature

Application guidance: This fiber should be stored in a place where there is no high-temperature, no moisture, and the fiber is not exposed directly to sunlight. In the subsequent processes, this fiber should be prevented from being in contact with strong acids or strong alkaline. The bathing or dyeing temperature should be less than 100℃, and the drying temperature less than 140℃
