Recommendation Reasons
To solve the problem of high energy consumption of polyester fiber dyeing at high temperature and high pressure, the normal temperature dyeing method is adopted to reduce waste water discharge, save energy and reduce emission. The modified design makes the fiber soft and skin-friendly. moisture-absorption and quick-drying, low static electricity, and anti-pilling, as well as upgrades the wearing comfort.
Processing Technology
The third and fourth monomer are used to modify the polyester macromolecular chain, reduce
the regularity of the macromolecular chain and the modulus of polyester while increasing the
hydrophilic groups. Then melt direct-spinning is performed to produce the hydrophilic and anti-
pilling modified polyester fiber.

Weaving: Suitable for all kinds of weaving, knitting, braiding processing; the weaving process is
the same as the ordinary dacron
Dyeing and finishing: The dyeing process can be performed at normal pressure; if there
are special requirements such as special deep black, the temperature can be raised to
105~115℃ for dyeing; high color saturation,and good fixation
Heat-setting: the heat-setting temperature of fabrics is 15~ 20℃ lower than that of
ordinary dacron.
