Raw materials and specifications:

Compact-Siro spun viscose/shea butter man-made cellulose fiber 70/30,40-60S

Reasons for recommendation: The shea butter contains abundant linoleic

acid, triglyceride, and non-saponifiable substances, and can moisten skin, moisturize and exfoliate, prevent skin dryness and itching, and alleviate skin diseases, etc. The emulsified shea butter is coated in the wall material to form microcapsule solution. Then, in the fiber production processes,the microcapsule solution is added to the cellulose gel solution in the processes from dissolution to the process before spinning. Afterwards, the man-made cellulose fiber is produced through spinning and post-treatment. The produced fabric can increase the water content of skin stratum corneum by 5 – 9.5% after 2h of wearing. The natural shea nut fiber products are tested to be non-irritating to skin and are softer, more skin friendly, and smoother than regular cotton and polyester fiber products. The addition of shea essence can give the fabric anti-bacteria and moisturizing functions.
