The fiber has antibacterial,far-infrared, heat-generating, and
moisture-absorbing properties.Because of its incredibly low thermal
conductivity, its products are exceptionally warm.
Preparative technique
Acrylon staple fibers are evenly packed into a reactor, where the acid transformation reaction is triggered by the addition of specially produced additives at a high temperature. And then the modified fibers are cleaned, loosened, dried, and packed.

Weaving: It can be blended with wool, cashmere, acrylon, viscose fiber, cotton, dacron, chinlone and other yarns, directly used for weaving woven or knitted fabrics, and can also be blended with a variety of fibers to produce filler wadding, nonwovens and other fillers.
Dyeing: Acid dyes are recommended.
Post-finishing:The post-setting temperature is recommended to be below 160℃.
Q: What is the antibacterial principle of thermal polyacrylonitrile modified fiber?
A: Thermal polyacrylonitrile modified fiber achieves various functions by grafting a variety of organic functional groups in the fiber molecular chain, in which the antibacterial functional group is embedded in the fiber chain through molecular synthesis, forming a charged environment on the fiber surface, which will destroy the reproduction of bacteria, so that most of the colonies can’t stay and escape.Meanwhile, the N-terminal end of this organic group is in contact with the cell
membranes of bacteria/viruses, which embedded in and disturbed the cell membrane structure of the bacteria/viruses, realizing the contact sterilization effect.
