Raw materials and specifications:Compact siro-spinning silkworm chrysalis/acrylic fiber/Mercerized Shrink-Proof Wool
Tops/Polylactic Acid/cashmere 30/25/20/15/10 635
Reasons for recommendation: As a new type of biomass fiber, silkworm chrysalis fiber is made by comprehensively using macromolecular technologies, chemical fiber spinning, and biological engineering technologies to blend silkworm chrysalis with natural cellulose. The yarn made by blending silkworm chrysalis fiber with Polylactic Acid, cashmere, Mercerized Shrink-Proof Wool Tops, and acrylic fiber has the merit of being skin-friendly, resisting UVlight, absorbing moisture, and absorbent and breathable, and the fabric made of it has overcome the shortcomings of real silk fabric, which is frail, poor in color fastness, easy to wrinkle, yellowed, and easily brittle when exposed to strong alkali. Moreover, it has the merits of both real silk and biomass fibers, which have a bright color, a smooth shine, and are able to absorb moisture and absorbent and breathable, well drapable, and prevent wrinkling.
Scope of application: clothing (underwear, shirts), home textle, industrial textiles(medical industry)
