Odor-eliminating fibers are produced by covalently bonding odor-active functional groups to the hydroxyl groups of cellulosic fibers, thereby imparting permanent odor-neutralizing properties to the fibers.
Among the three major odor sources, ammonia has always been the most challenging to eliminate. Our odor-eliminating fiber can neutralize ammonia instantly, achieving a removal rate of over 99%. For acetic acid and isovaleric acid, the removal rates reach approximately 95%.
A blending ratio of around 30% is sufficient to achieve excellent results:
Ammonia removal: >99%
Acetic acid & isovaleric acid removal: >85%, fully complying with national standards.
All types of cellulosic fibers can be functionalized, including:Cotton,Viscose,Lyocell,Hemp fibers Etc
Since the odor-eliminating groups are covalently bonded to the fiber, the effect is permanent, solving the problem of poor wash durability associated with conventional post-treatment odor-control finishes.
