Key words: pigment-free dyeing, waterless dyed-spinning, web spray-dyed color fastness
Raw materials and specifications:
①Ring-spinning micro-nanometer inlay pigment-free dyeing cotton 100% 21~60s
② Compact siro-spinning pigment-free spray-dyeing modal 100% 21~80s
Reasons for recommendation: Using the methods of dyeing with micro-nanometer inlay static spinning solution and of web spray-dyeing, the combination of colorful nanometer fiber and ordinary cotton fiber into yarn or the spray-dyeing of carded web is achieved at the cotton carding stage in a spinning process, and this technology enables the dyeing process to be more efficient as compared to traditional dyeing technology, resulting in a significant reduction in the amount of discharged water, more green and environmentally friendly
manufacturing process, offering better market prospects and application values.
Scope of application: Knitted and woven clothing, home textile, etc.
