Fiber Application:

1. WEAVING TECHNIQUE: The fiber is selected to be blended with nylon and spandex in 20~60s count yarns, and combined with woven Mihara tissue structure to develop cotton-type fabrics. The suggested composition is more than 30%.

2. DYEING AND FINISHING PROCESS: The polyester-ammonia ratio of plain fabrics can be embossed or salt-shrunk to develop bubble yarn-look shirting fabrics.

3. FABRIC PROPERTIES:The fabric has a smooth and delicate hand feel, and is impervious to light and wrinkles.

4. APPLICATION DIRECTION:Women’s clothing–shirts, dresses, suits;

Men’s clothing-shirts, pants.

Fiber Application :

1. WEAVING TECHNIQUE: The fiber is selected for the development of woven fabrics with a grammage of 90~200g/m2 by spinning 20~60S count yarns in twill or variegated twill structures.

2. FINISHING PROCESS:Conventional dyeing and finishing process to slow down the water flow appropriately.

3. FABRIC PROPERTIES:The surface of the fabric is smooth and even, with a silky hand feel, and is impervious to wrinkles.

Fiber Application:

1.WEAVING TECHNIQUE: Recommended 84dtex/72f semi-matte yarn combined with spandex elastic fiber with (1) plain weave to develop lightweight and high elasticity protective fabrics; (2) twill weave to develop sports and leisure fabrics;

(3) geometric jacquard structure to develop fashionable sports fabrics.

2.DYEING FINISHING PROCESS:Conventional dyeing and finishing process.Pay attention to controlling the dyeing temperature for spandex-containing fabrics to prevent contamination with spandex components and reduce the color fastness of the fabric.

3. FABRIC PROPERTIES: The surface of the fabric is smooth and flat, and it feels soft and delicate.

4.APPLICATION DIRECTION:Golf sports pants, casual sports suits, sunscreen masks.

Fiber Application:

1. WEAVING TECHNIQUE: It is recommended to use 84dtex/72f semi-dull yarn in combination with knitted rib structure and double rib structure to develop ribbed fabrics and interlock fabrics.

2. DYEING FINISHING PROCESS:Conventional dyeing and finishing process. Pay attention to controlling the dyeing temperature for spandex-containing fabrics to prevent contamination with spandex components and reduce the color fastness of the fabric.

3. FABRIC PROPERTIES: The fabric has a smooth surface, soft touch and excellent elasticity.
