Part or all of the recycled waste cellulose textiles are dissolved to prepare the pulp, which is then made into new recycled cellulose fibers. The recycling of cotton and cellulose resources are natural and environmentally friendly, facilitating the green and sustainable development of the textile industry chain.
Processing Technology
The pulp prepared by recycled waste cellulose textiles is used as the raw material. The multi-stage drawn-forming technology with low zinc, high salt and high spinning speed is used to produce the fiber through pre-spinning blending wet-spinning process.
Spinning: Can be spun purely or blended with other fibers
Weaving: Low tension process in warp drawing
Dyeing and finishing: The dyeing process is the same as conventional viscose products
Mercerization: The alkali concentration is reduced, controlled at 5120 g/L. Room temperature is used. The mercerizing time is determined comprehensively based on the effect of mercerizing.
Abstract: The paper provides an overview of the application prospects of polyester and new types of polyester fibers such as PTT and PBT in the nonwoven sector. It introduces the development status of new products and functional fibers, as well a...
