Fiber Application:

1.WEAVING TECHNIQUE: It is recommended to use 44dtex/34f FDY yarn with spandex in combination with (1) jacquard weaves to weave open-texture fabrics on Raschel machines ;

(2) warp plain and variable weaves to develop stretch fabrics.

2. F DYEING INISHING PROCESS: General dyeing and finishing process.

3. FABRIC PROPERTIES: The surface of the fabric is smooth,fine and elastic on all sides, retaining the cool UV-resistant sensory properties of the original yarn.

4. APPLICATION DIRECTION:

Sports training clothes, yoga clothes, sun protection clothes.

1.WEAVING TECHNIQUE: 22dtex/24f ACY machine-wrapped yarns are recommended for weaving high density fabrics in combination with woven plain weave and plain weave variations.

2.F DYEING INISHING PROCESS: General dyeing and finishing process.

3. FABRIC PROPERTIES: Micro-muscle structure design, the fabric surface is rich in layers, smooth and delicate handfeel,and the texture is tight and firm.

4. APPLICATION DIRECTION:

Casual sports suits, sun protection clothing.
